  • Obtained the Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes

Senior Specialist Application Developer

As a member of the NMA Team, we oversee NMA, which is a fault management system. NMA provides users a view of the health of AT&T layer 1 network

  • Created a framework that allows our users use the industry standard OIDC authorization code flow for authenticating into our internal apps
  • Managed over 20+ Solaris/Linux servers that supported 5000+ end users
  • Created an app in Python that assist programmers who need to migrate legacy apps from one server to another

Senior Network Support Specialist

AT&T

2016 - 2021

Monitor and troubleshoot networking issues within the AT&T global backbone network

  • Created 5+ videos, and multiple documents to help train the team, that spans across 4+ locations worldwide, in difficult topics to understand which has over 100 views
  • Created 2+ scripts written in the Python language that has helped save valuable troubleshooting time with tasks that used to take 30+ minutes to isolate, to under a minute, and kept it up to date using Git
  • Created an automation script in PHP to help automate a daily report that is sent 3 times a day, which saves 90+ man hours a year, and this ensures the report is never missed
  • Maintain the team’s internal website that contains a tool we call the Tour Report, that is written in PHP and the database in MySql that helps us keep track of the work we do on the tickets

Monitored the 22 state AT&T footprint for network anomalies to ensure customers have the least amount of downtime

  • Created 10+ wiki pages to help cross train new employees on the unique networking issues that arise within this role, which has helped minimize repeated training sessions since the wiki pages can always be referenced.
  • Created a couple of Javascripts to help train cross functional team members on network specific issues
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the team's Wiki site

Intern / Technical Support Agent

Troubleshooted internet connection issues for business clients

  • Demonstrated excellent technical and analytical skills that I became part of the Intermittent Specialists Team that worked in resolving intermittent and escalated networking issues
  • Co-created a website for the use of scheduling the hours of interns, to ensure Management always had enough coverage. This tool was used by over 4 teams around the world, which supported the scheduling of over 100 interns, which helped save Management hours of manually updating an excel spreadsheet
  • Helped train over 10 interns in this role, by ensuring they had a clear understanding on proper troubleshooting techniques
